Policies

Patch testing: A patch test can be required either 24 or 48 hours prior to treatment. Please note that eyelash adhesive allergies are cumulative and can therefore develop over time, during any stage of and after treatment. A £10 non refundable deposit will be taken for patch testing and will be redeemable on completion of your treatment.

Cancellation policy: A 24 hour notice is required for the cancellation of any scheduled treatments. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of future bookings.
